Description Goodwin’s Chevy Oxford is looking to add an Admin Assistant to our Team! The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and efficient with a positive outlook and prepared to work full time at 32 hours per week. Prior Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required. We will be happy to train the right person. Greet customers, locate salespeople. Prepare daily mail/UPS mailings. Disperse mail to departments accordingly. Prepare Title Applications on MVT56, copy and send. Maintain petty cash/receipts and replenish as needed. Create correspondence/forms as needed and when asked by management. Prepare all Titles when they arrive. File and scan service documents. Assist sales manager with miscellaneous documentation. Upkeep of folders and key tags for new and used vehicles. Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
