  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in any field.
  • Relevant experience in Administrative/Clerk will be an added advantage.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Responsible person, possess positive working mindset, good attitude,willing to learn.
  • Computer knowledge required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
  • Preferable Female
  • Preferable: Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay
    Job Responsibilities :
  • To assist in data entry, prepare record and perform general clerical job.
  • Draft, formats and print relevant documents.
  • Prepare reports and documentations.
  • General office management such as courier service, documents filing,photocopying and mailing
  • Answer phone call, taking message and transfer them as necessary.
  • Manage correspondence ( e-mail, letters, package etc)
  • Providing administration support.
  • Prepare DO, Invoices and perform other related duties as required.
  • Able to support ad hoc task when required.
