Overview Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Medical Affairs. Individual must be a highly organized professional with strong administrative support skills and a data-driven mindset. The position requires the ability to manage calendars, correspondence, and documentation, while also collecting, and analyzing data to support operational needs and prepare executive-level presentations and reports. Assists the VPMA in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Greets department visitors (including the public, patients, physicians, and hospital staff) and respond to requests or directs inquiries to appropriate personnel or department. Answers incoming calls, routes calls appropriately, and takes accurate and detailed messages as needed. Qualifications · High School Diploma or higher Minimum of ten years experience in clerical/secretarial role with equivalent responsibilities as described above in job summary. Additional skills/abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; ability to develop clear, well-formatted presentations using PowerPoint; strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality; and effective communication and organizational skills.
