REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within shipping or free zone environments like JAFZA.
  • Familiarity with Dubai free zone portals and document submission processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize shipping documentation and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Handle data entry and updates on shipping and customs portals.
  • Assist with submission of documents for import/export compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for timely document processing.
  • Track and follow up on documentation status with relevant authorities and partners.
  • Maintain records of shipments, permits, licenses, and correspondence.
  • Support the preparation of reports related to shipment documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and filing.
