  • Responsibilities:Able to communicate well/fast with client and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
  • To arrange cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.
  • To do rescheduling when MC is taken by cleaner
  • Provide general administrative support to related internal departments
  • Maintain proper filing of records, correspondences and documents
  • Data entry and payroll functions
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties assignedRequirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling
  • Minimum ’N’ holder, organised and can work independantly
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Willing to take up responsibility, Remote Based work
  • Computer literacy
