ADMIN ASSISTANT (OFFICE SUPPORT)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Processing of supplier, sub-contractor invoices and weekly workers petty cash claims
  • Coordinate with sub-contractor for on-site measurements
  • Coordinate with materials supplier for ordering
  • General adminstative duties

Requirements:

  • Those with past experience in renovation / construction industry are preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years admin experience preferred
  • Good working attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Independent, energetic and presentable
