The working hours and days of work are negotiable and will be discussed with shortlisted applicants. We are looking for an organised and outgoing administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service. You will be the first point of contact for families managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping.
