JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and Facilities on staff matters, claims, and access passes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications
  • Monitor and replenish inventory (PPE, stationery, company assets)
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide file information
  • Track and report damaged tools with Maintenance team
  • Process purchase requests, follow up on orders, and complete receipts
  • Support office 6S standards and update posters when required
  • Manage locker and shoe rack distribution and records
  • Collaborate with colleagues and assist in ad-hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE “N” / “O” Level / Nitec qualification
  • Minimum 1 year admin experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
