Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.
  • Perform data entry, item creation, and Purchase Order processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in the system.
  • Update product details including pricing and inventory levels.
  • Upload promotion lists and pricing updates.
  • Manage stock allocation for new launches, replenishment, and consolidation.
  • Liaise with retail stores and suppliers to ensure timely stock returns.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings and take minutes for the Merchandising team.
  • Generate weekly stock reports and consolidate monthly sales data for Open-to-Buy (OTB) analysis.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
