Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in Human Resources and Office Administration roles preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
A high level of discretion and professionalism for handling confidential information.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support the HR department in administering employee records, benefits, and onboarding processes.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and exercise discretion in HR matters.
Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
Perform reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.
Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
