Here at Mulberry Waste, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our group Finance department based at our Head Office in Leyland, near Preston.
As an Admin Assistant, you will play an integral part in supporting the finance functions and admin for the wider group.

Responsibilities
  • Match purchase invoices to Goods Received Note’s/ Goods Inward notes/ Purchase Orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers/customers regarding statements and invoice queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal financial control and audit procedures for the ledgers.
  • Scanning and circulating invoices for authorisation.
  • Reconcile all supplier/customer statements in a timely rotation of various intervals.
  • Support in preparation of month end / half year/ year end accounts in line with finance timetable and delivering reports on inconsistencies.
  • Other general admin tasks.
