Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients: Admin Assistant & Office Manager Company Industry: Architecture and Interior Design About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant & Office Manager to join a high-end interior design studio in Zamalek, Cairo. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Co-Founder and leadership team with top-tier administrative assistance. You will play a key part in maintaining a professional, polished office environment while coordinating administrative and HR-related tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Office Management - Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, well-maintained workspace - Manage office supplies, utilities, vendors, and maintenance schedules - Supervise the office boy and ensure timely completion of office-related tasks - Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and travel arrangements - Monitor office expenses and handle service contracts with vendors Administrative Support - Provide direct administrative support to the Co-Founder and leadership team - Handle scheduling, correspondence, and documentation - Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on invoices and procurement - Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders HR Coordination (Basic Support) - Assist with onboarding and workstation setup for new hires - Track employee attendance and maintain HR records - Help organize internal communications and employee engagement activities Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles - Strong multitasking and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Working Conditions: - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Location: Zamalek, Cairo What We Offer: - A supportive and elegant work environment - Exposure to high-end, design-driven projects - Competitive salary package based on experience Ready to bring structure, professionalism, and poise to a thriving design studio?
