Description

We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to work in our Ottawa head office on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Administration Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Operations and Marketing teams with assigned tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct
  • Underwriting or fulfillment experience an asset
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Problem solver with an ability to multi-task
  • Team player with a positive approach to collaborate with colleagues, open to taking additional tasks to support the vision to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.
  • Experience in Mortgage lending required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering, reconciling and inputting all expenses for President, Sales and VP Operations
  • Works with third party Marketing consultants to coordinate content creation
  • Sending emails on behalf of senior leadership and/or sales team to broker partners
  • Managing calendar for senior leadership, and booking travel accommodations
  • Organizing and mailing of all marketing merchandise to related third parties
  • Back up to pulling credit bureaus and saving to client files for renewals and pre-funding
  • Sending out monthly communications to existing clients
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to broker/client service including consideration of all options to ensure files are funded on time
  • Other duties as assigned
