Responsibilities

As our new Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping Paint Group running smoothly. This is a varied and hands on position where no two days are quite the same! Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling jobs: Coordinating our painters’ schedules, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects run on time
  • Customer & sales enquiries: Being the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, and web enquiries
  • Data entry & admin: Keeping our project management and quoting systems up to date (we use Paint Scout and Airtable)
  • Sales & operations support: Assisting with quoting, following up on leads, and supporting our sales team
  • General office duties: Helping with the day to day running of the business think ordering supplies, managing database, and keeping things organised
