JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and strong organisational skills, with a proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Excel. Some numerical proficiency is needed for this role.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to the Surveyors and the project team, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Excel (experience with finance features would be ideal!)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks and
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers.
Responsibilities
  • Make and answer phone calls to clients.
  • Take bookings of surveys and arrange appointments.
  • Manage the schedule and create itineraries for the Surveyors.
  • Collate information into accessible formats for clients and contractors.
  • Update and manage office accounts spreadsheet.
  • Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members.
