  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including filing, scanning and copying.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain organised filing systems.
  • Creating sales invoices from delivery notes.
  • Creation of customer statements.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner on Sage and a bespoke works system.
  • Input of sales orders and creating job packs.
  • Requirement to assist in accounts when needed.
