Job Description Job Title: Administrative Assistant Department: Executive Support Team Reports To: Executive Team Lead Location: Cheltenham Role overview The Administrative Assistant effectively assists the Executive Support Team to ensure that the company goals and objectives are met, and operations run smoothly. The role is also responsible for managing the Cheltenham office and assisting with the London office when required. Key accountabilities Administrative support Assist the Executive Support Team with administrative support Booking and administration of travel and accommodation Manage post and courier bookings Manage telephone queries Maintain spreadsheets and keep data up to date and accurate Manage procurement of stationery, office provisions, office equipment and gifts Co-ordinate on and off-site meetings and events. Office management Office management for the Cheltenham office, ensuring it always provides a first-class working environment Provide office assistance for the London office (approximately one day per month). Travel costs will be covered for this by the company Facilitate on-site meetings when required.
