1- Manage all front desk matters including attending to queries, answering calls, responding to emails and equiries and feedback on social media.
2-Update and maintain member’s databank
3-Basic Bookeeping and understanding corporate income tax is a bonus.
4- Update and maintain class and traing records.
5- Provide Administrative support for all Club events including competitions, camps, talks , workshop etc.
6- Candidate must have at least secondary school education with ’O’ level preferred.
7- Good command of English(written and spoken) and Chines (at least spoken) will be a bonus.
8- Adept with computer with knowledge of MS Office.
9- At least 2 year’s experience in similar position.
10- Pleasant and friendly disposition
