Description

In view of the increase demand in supply for welding equipment, machineries and industrial robotics, and parts supply business unit, we are looking to fill up the position for Admin Assistant to based at TPP Puchong. Interested candidate may submit their resume , together with and working experience , expected salary as soon as possible. Only shortlisted and suitable candidate will be invited for interview. Successful candidate will be well remunerated and also good prospects to be groomed as our team leader and Management Team.

JOB SUMMARY.

  • Handle day to day operations matters including issuance of equipment’s quotations, supply contracts and machineries packing arrangements.
  • Arrangements of logistics and transportation for mobilisation and demob.
  • Arrangement of technical support team for site maintenance.
  • Compile supporting documents such as PO, DO and INV for payments.
  • Summary of monthly statements of account to customers.
  • Monitor payment collection and customer credit limit.
  • Assist Admin Manager for all other admin transaction matters.
  • Preparing Monthly Summary & Sales Reports.
  • Issue DO & Invoicing to customers
  • Monitor payment aging, sent statements & collections report
  • Monitor Stocks & Material Movements and ordering.

REQUIREMENTS.

  • SPM or Cert in Business Administration.
  • Based at TPP Puchong.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Fresh school leaver are encourage to apply.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
