We are now looking for a highly organised and friendly Admin Assistant to join our busy finance office.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance or customer service environment
  • Confident handling payments and issuing receipts
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Clear and professional communication skills — both in person and over the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing great customer service

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous admin experience essential
  • Experience working in a finance or accounts environment desirable but not essential
  • Experience handling cash, card, or online payments is highly beneficial

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Admin Assistant in our finance office, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. From handling payments and managing appointments to keeping our diaries in order, your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will help keep everything running seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take payments from clients/parents and issue receipts accurately
  • Process outgoing payments and maintain clear payment records
  • Schedule, manage, and confirm day-to-day appointments
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update diaries for the finance office and other departments
  • Support the finance team with basic administrative tasks as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, clients, and visitors
  • Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
