MEA Properties LLC is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will support our sales and operations teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and professional workflow across departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry (UAE).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Real Estate Admin: 1 year (required)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and handle documents related to real estate transactions (MOUs, Form F, NOCs, tenancy contracts, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, property viewings, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and property listings.
  • Support agents with listing uploads on property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Communicate professionally with clients, landlords, and service providers.
  • Assist with reports, filing, document control, and other admin tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and RERA regulations.
