We are a small, but fast-growing solar company hiring for our office location in Orillia, Ontario. We are looking for a highly motivated and competent individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Data entry and filing
  • Assisting with payroll and accounting tasks
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the solar industry is not required, but an interest in sustainability and renewable energy is considered an asset.
