Our client is seeking a Admin Assistant to join their dynamic Wholesale Lending Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of loan origination, servicing, restructuring and trading support. The successful candidate will be part of a global credit trading platform that trades all privately issued loans, including second lien and mezzanine securities. With a diverse client base ranging from top European banks to private equity clients, this role promises exposure to a wide spectrum of investment opportunities.

What you’ll do:

As a Admin Assistant, your role will be multifaceted. You will manage the shared inbox, ensuring all incoming communications are appropriately categorised and workflows are efficiently managed. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use in diary management tasks, including scheduling lender calls and waivers. Working closely with our team in Bangalore, you will verify all information posted to our client data rooms. Your analytical skills will shine as you produce daily, weekly and monthly metrics and reports. Ensuring compliance with data management policies when handling confidential information will be paramount. You will also liaise with Agents and stakeholders to respond to queries and maintain up-to-date client data rooms. Lastly, you will perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

  • Collaborate with the Bangalore team for information verification
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly metrics and reports
  • Ensure compliance with data management policies when handling confidential information

  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
