JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy. Only apply if you have 1-2 years of immigration applications experience. Freshers and candidate with no prior experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the RCIC in managing client files, preparing documents, and coordinating communication.
- Perform general office administration duties, including handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on all communication.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records for all immigration-related files.
- Provide support in completing immigration forms, reviewing documents, and ensuring accuracy before submission.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and liaising with vendors as needed.
- Prepare and assist with immigration case submissions under the direction of the RCIC.
- Assist in research and staying updated with the latest immigration regulations and requirements.
- Handle Immigration applications from start to finish with no supervision
-Take phone call and book appointments
- Fill immigration applications and get information from clients
- Gather information to determine client eligibility for services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

SKILLS

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records
  • Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.
    Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience in an immigration consultancy or related field is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Canadian immigration procedures (e.g., Express Entry, work permits, family sponsorship, refugee claims, etc.).
    Work Time : Monday to Friday (10 am to 5pm)
    Eligibility Requirements:
  • Candidates must have a valid Canadian work permit, Permanent Residency, or Citizenship.
  • No work permit support will be provided.
