Contract Period: From 1 January to 31 December 2026 with an option to extent the contract for a further period of one (1) year

Working hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

  • Frontline Service like attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors
  • Handle calls and enquiries to the General Office from stakeholders such as parents, public, teachers and students
  • Accept Goods delivery to the reception counter on behalf of staff
  • Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications
  • Basic IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and etc)
  • Finance, HR and General Admin experience
  • Meticulous and Customer Service experience
  • 3 years of working experience in a school environment
