REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin or customer service preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities
  • Handle general office administrative duties (filing, documentation, reporting)
  • Assist in HR support such as tracking staff attendance and preparing reports
  • Monitor office supplies and cleanliness
  • Organize and maintain internal records and databases
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on service requests
  • Assist clients with service bookings and deployment schedules
