The Supply Specialists are urgently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to start work in a lovely Cannock based Primary school from 5th September 2025.
This Admin Assistant position is initially temporary for a period of 12 weeks but is likely to be extended for the right candidate.
To successfully apply for this Admin Assistant position you must have the following:
SAGE/HR Training - Essential
Arbor Training - Preferable
DBS on the update service - Preferable however a willingness to apply for one is acceptable
Experience in admin, ideally in a school-based role however relevant admin experience will suffice
Be able to provide your two most recent professional references covering the last two years
Be available to work 8:15 - 4pm from Sep 5th 2025.
This Admin Assistant role will involve the following duties and responsibilities:
Supporting with student data
Answering phone calls from parents and external services
Assisting with visitors
Supporting with student timetables
