Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is central to the smooth running of our company. You’ll work closely with the Founder and Operations Manager to ensure administrative, organisational, and personal assistance tasks are handled efficiently, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering world-class vehicles.
You’ll be someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.

KEY DUTIES

  • PA & Diary Management – Organising schedules, booking meetings, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
  • Customer Communication – Responding to enquiries, sending updates, and managing after-sales follow-ups.
  • Admin Support – Processing invoices, tracking orders, and managing internal records.
  • Team Coordination – Assisting with staff schedules, workshop workflow, and parts ordering.
