Job Title: Admin Assistant
Company: TSF Group (GoodBasics and Sneaker LAB)
Location: Our warehouse in Maitland. Once a week you may be required to work in our town office for team building.
CTC: R12 500 per month
Monday- Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm.

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Maitland based warehouse. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily operations needs and managing the site’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS suite and office equipment.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers (rough).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls.
Obtain quotes from suppliers on behalf of operations team.
Organise and schedule courier collections and deliveries.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain a filing system for paperwork and retention samples.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Book travel arrangements.
Provide general support to visitors.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
