    This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with at least 12 to 18 months of administration experience, ideally in the construction or related industry who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
    The role is onsite at our Wellington Point office, working 30+ hours per week, with flexibility around working hours.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll play a key role in keeping our office and projects organised by:

  • Managing calendars, appointments, and team communications
  • Assisting customers in person, by phone, and via email
  • Handling paperwork, data entry, and record keeping
  • Keeping files and customer documents up to date and organised
  • Ordering and tracking office supplies or project materials
  • Supporting project teams with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
  • Communicating with subcontractors and assisting with project planning
  • Helping ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
