Description:

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our Dubai office. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting the team in achieving excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize company records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access when needed.
- Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and provide professional communication with clients, both in-person and via phone/email.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and cost management.
- Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Support Services: Facilitate travel arrangements, visa processing, and other logistical tasks for team members.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative procedures adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
