JOB SUMMARY:

  • Perform payments creation, creation of Giro accounts and clients ID.
  • Send payment to Claims Handler for approval
  • Send payment to Finance for authorization of payments
  • Reissue payment when necessary following unsuccessful payment or correction of payment transaction.
  • Sorting and distribution of cases received on daily basis.
  • Ensure all payment documents are in order to support the payment process
  • Maintain daily productivity tracker as a medium to manage workload effectively and efficiently
  • Attend to incoming claims query related to claims payments
  • Provide training to new joiner or junior team members on the entire payments requisition process
  • Assist the unit head to manage the Payment Hub
  • Perform claim assessment based on the claims SOP and guideline
  • Achieve the KPI on the claim assessment.
