Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Admin Clerk - Production is responsible for tracking efficiencies and parameters, while ensuring all produce meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining food safety documentation and performing administrative tasks to support efficient operations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision when weighing and measuring produce.
• Experience in produce grading and sorting is preferred.
• Ability to track data accurately and maintain organized records.
• Comfortable working with raw materials and handling inventory.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport produce items as required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other departments.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.

• Weigh and measure produce to ensure accuracy and conformance to company standards.
• Track and record time, weights, and yield data for inventory and quality control purposes.
• Monitor and document food safety compliance, ensuring all handling procedures meet regulatory standards.
• Assist with movement and handling of raw materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, and updating inventory logs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of produce yields.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in weight, quality, or inventory counts.
• Support stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Inspect raw material products and outgoing products and report any deiciencies.
