Description:

  • Assist in answering phone calls and emails
  • Attend to customer enquiry, provide quotation and follow up with customer on PO.
  • Issuing of Delivery Orders.
  • Issuing Job Orders to production department.
  • Arrange goods to be delivered to customers and ensure documents are signed and update in system.
  • Data entry, general administrative duties.
  • No experience needed, training will be provided.
