Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervising/leading/training of warehouse employees. * Maintain and surpass production goals. * Monitor beginning to end production of project. * Responsible for successful flow of production. * Communicating end of day production to Supervisor * Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed. Qualifications: * Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment. * Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred). * PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Education and/or Experience Required: * GED or H.S. Diploma * College experience or degree is a plus. This is not the JD in it's entirety.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overseeing the production flow across multiple projects, requiring the ability to quickly identify waste while maintaining a lean mentality and achieving production targets. Essential duties include supervising, leading, and training warehouse employees, monitoring the entire production process, and communicating daily output to the Supervisor.
