JOB SUMMARY

Kitchens Renewed is seeking an Admin and Client Services Manager to support the daily operations of our kitchen renovation business. This role combines administrative coordination with direct client engagement, including sales and design support. If you’re organized, proactive, and customer-focused, we’d love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Canva and Asana preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Prior experience in customer service or home improvement is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks: bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and scheduling
  • Communicate with clients regarding project progress and next steps
  • Conduct in-home and showroom consultations
  • Assist with sales by preparing quotes and supporting customer decisions
  • Order materials and track inventory
  • Manage projects and workflow using Asana
  • Create content and maintain social media using Canva
