JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin, able to assist our accountant and compliance expert. This dual-role position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain experience in both administrative and accounting functions within a professional environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Skills:
    -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    -Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
    -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
    -Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
    -Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize company records and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative requirements.
  • Approve permits for office spaces and investors’ apartments/villas as required.
  • Arrange for movers based on specific requirements.
  • Dewa Connection/Disconnection/Refund
  • Manage Cooling connection/Disconnection offices
  • Du account Renewal, sim card Package renewal for all offices, Buying Sim cards, Du Account Renewal/Authorized signatory
  • Update Parking: Appling new parking space, access card replacement and yearly renewals.
  • PO box-Application, cancellation and Renewal(Yearly renewals)
  • Arranging office stationery and Pantry items
  • Assisting with Office Inspection
