Description

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a leading Construction company with the recruitment of a Construction Administrator. Fantastic company to work in, one of the best company cultures in NI and opportunities for progression.
Shifts are held over Monday to Friday. No weekend working. Permanent position.
This role will be based at the company’s Belfast (Airport Road) office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years construction industry admin experience
  • Background in busy office environment
  • Experience with ERP system (Desirable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
Responsibilities
  • Manage contract paperwork, sales, and orders using ERP system
  • Create and maintain contract files, issue operative contracts and record holidays
  • Assemble H&S files and provide general office support
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with admin tasks for the team
  • Ensure compliance with company processes
  • Booking of training courses and events
