We are currently recruiting for an Admin Coordinator to join our team in Shrewsbury. This is a full time, permanent position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve common problems independently.
  • GCSE at grade A* - C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

To carry out general office administration tasks:

  • Scheduling FM Engineers to necessary works.
  • Discuss labour requirements and ensure all engineers have required work.
  • Update Systems to communicate and document labour hours.
  • Book accommodation
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and engineers.

The post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work within the company as the needs of the business grow.
