Prepare, maintain, and organize departmental records, reports, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate selected inbound and outbound international shipment activities with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, and customs brokers. Prepare, review, and follow up on shipment-related documentation, and monitor shipment status until delivery. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding shipment updates, delays, and operational issues. Coordinate workplace ergonomic assessments and follow up on corrective actions, workplace improvement initiatives, and ergonomic equipment requests. Maintain records of departmental assets, office equipment, inventory, and related administrative documentation where applicable. Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date administrative documentation. Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager. Pre-requisites Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in administrative and operational coordination roles, including experience in shipment follow-up and documentation. Experience in coordinating international inbound and outbound shipments is preferred. Basic knowledge of workplace ergonomics and office health & safety practices is an advantage. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Very good command of written and spoken English.
