Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the departmentMaintain organized and accurate filing systems for documentation, correspondence, and reports.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Liaise with customers, subcontractors (Sub-Con), main contractors (Main-Con), and internal stakeholders to schedule ACMV efficiently.Ensure clear communication and timely updates on servicing schedules to all parties involved.
  • Operations Support: Collaborate with department head to process and follow up on purchase requisitions for materials and services.Ensure that purchase orders align with project requirements and timelines.
  • Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.Handle and follow up on customer feedback to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers based on their servicing or project requirements.Coordinate with relevant departments to gather the necessary information for quotation accuracy.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry tasks to update servicing records and reports systematically.Maintain up-to-date and accessible databases for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Contract Management: Monitor and manage project contracts to ensure compliance with terms and deadlines.Assist in renewing, amending, or closing contracts as required.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support the team or organization.
