Position: Admin Coordinator
Location: Hartsville, SC
Compensation Range: $50k - $60k annually, based on experience and qualifications
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time, in-office role will report directly to Plant-Paper Operations and provide essential support across several key areas, including financial accounting, purchasing, timekeeping, and general administrative functions.
Position will manage various functions to support paper mill operations and accounting. Functions will include payroll entry and reconciliation, purchasing chemicals and supplies, reconciling inventory and purchases, tracking capital spend and various other reporting and support activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial accounting tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation
  • Support purchasing activities, including placing orders, managing vendor communication, and maintaining records
  • Oversee timekeeping and payroll support duties, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Perform weekly incentive pay calculations and ensure accuracy in supporting data
  • Take, reconcile, and enter inventory counts on a scheduled basis
  • Complete assigned tasks related to month-end close processes accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized records and assist in document management for audits and reporting
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
