  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or accounting role, or a combination of both.
  • SKILLS:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Familiar with basic accounting principles and procedures.Experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or others) is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Assistant to support the daily operations of our team. This dual-role is a key position that combines administrative and foundational accounting duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our company. The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker who can work independently and handle a variety of confidential information with discretion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:Manage daily office administration, including filing, procurement of office supplies, and inventory management.Handle company correspondence and phone calls, and assist with scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.Maintain and update internal company databases and electronic filing systems.
  • ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS:Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist with processing vendor invoices and customer bills, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.Expense Reports: Review employee expense claims to ensure they comply with company policies.Basic Bookkeeping: Help with basic bookkeeping and data entry.Financial Reporting Assistance: Help compile and prepare data for monthly/quarterly financial reports.Bank Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling bank accounts.
