REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years working experience in Accounting & Admin with a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attitute, Meticulous & able to work independently 态度好,细心,能独立工作
  • Fast learner 快速学习者
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel 精通微软 Word 和 Excel
  • Need to be able to write and speak English & Mandarin languages in order to communicate with team members and vendor for funeral arrangements 需要会写与会说英语和普通话,以便与团队成员和葬礼安排供应商沟通
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Responsibilities
  • Handling office tasks. 处理办公室事务
  • Carry out all administrative procedures following the arrangement of funeral cremation, doing up funeral notices, online tribute sites, music requests and etc. 执行葬礼火化安排后的所有行政程序,制作葬礼通知、在线悼念网站、音乐请求等。
  • Assist in preparation of correspondences and documents. 协助准备信函和文件。
  • Assist in arranging funeral hearse & bus transportation for family. 协助安排灵车和家属的巴士交通。
  • Perform administration duties inclusive of management of stationery, purchase and maintenance of office equipment & pantry. 履行行政职责,包括管理文具、购买和维护办公设备与茶水间。
  • Be responsible for company uniforms stock taking. 负责公司制服盘点。
  • Be responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the office. 负责办公室的整洁。
  • Able to communicate with team members and vendors. 能够与团队成员和供应商沟通。
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. uniforms, office keys and etc) 分发和存储信件(例如制服、办公室钥匙等)
  • Prepare funeral cremation passes. 准备葬礼火化通行证。
  • Ad hoc duties

Account Duties:

  • Prepare timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reports to Management
  • Prepare and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Responsible for full set of accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation etc)
  • Full jobscope of accounting including data entry, etc
  • Knowledge of accounting software and willing to learn
  • Handle financial statement, balance sheet, tax matter, etc
  • Preparation of Quarterly GST reporting/submission
  • Assist in preparation of information required for management reporting
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager/management
  • Record and update marketing expenses
