JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Admin cum Account Assistant to support the smooth running of our backend operations. This role spans administration, accounts, HR, and client support — ensuring our finances are tracked, lifting crews are well-coordinated, and clients receive timely follow-ups.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and/or admin support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with both clients and internal crew.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue quotations; follow up with clients on pending responses.
  • Handle data entry into the accounting system, issue invoices, and track payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for projects and expenses.
  • Arrange schedules and deployments for lifting crews.
  • Assist with recruitment, including arranging interviews and preparing contracts.
  • Maintain HR records (certifications, training, contracts, MOM requirements).
