Description

We are looking for a highly organized and multitasking Admin cum Accountant to handle administrative tasks as well as manage financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative duties and accounting principles, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both administrative and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this position.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Manage office administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
  • Support the management team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required.
