Admin Cum Accountant needed for an International Preschool in Kolkata- 700029 Job Opening: Admin cum Accountant Location: Ballygunge, Kolkata – 700029 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Joining: Immediate School Timings: 9:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the preschool. Handle fee collection, receipts, and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare monthly accounts, expense reports, and petty cash statements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for timely payments. Assist in payroll processing and staff attendance records. Maintain student admission records, documentation, and compliance files. Support management in scheduling meetings, drafting notices, and maintaining office correspondence. Ensure smooth communication between parents, staff, and school management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration or related field. 2–3 years of experience in administration and accounting (preferably in educational institutions) Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/Excel).] Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
