JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Document organization and filing
  • Office coordination and meeting arrangements
  • General administrative support
  • Finance & Accounting Tasks:
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Invoice and payment follow-up
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Assistance with Letters of Credit and trade-related documentation
  • Other Duties:
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

· Min ’O’ Level in accountancy or equivalent
· Basic accounting knowledge
· Work Arrangement: Office-based role. Recommended schedule is 3 full days and 2 half days per week, though alternative part-time arrangements may be proposed.
· Work Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Industry Background: Prior experience in seafood trading and handling Letters of Credit is preferred.
Availability: Immediate start.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month

  • GCE ’O’ Level or GCE ’N’ Level (Preferred)
