Description

The Admin cum Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and maintaining financial records. The role involves bookkeeping, handling office management tasks, supporting HR processes, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records of employee attendance and leave.
  • Assist in recruitment processes and maintain HR files.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of standard accounting practices in the UAE including VAT compliance
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Administrate and track all invoices
  • Update google sheet regularly
  • Assist day-to-day office activities
  • Manage contact details for all customer accounts departments
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Cash Handling
  • Prepare financial report
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • PhilippineNational preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
