You have to have minimum a year experience in real estate field and admin.

Office Management: Ensuring smooth office operations, including managing supplies and equipment. Financial Support: Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking. Marketing Support: Preparing marketing materials, managing listings, and coordinating marketing efforts. Communication: Handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties. Key Skills: Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Multitasking: Handling various responsibilities simultaneously. Real Estate Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and other relevant software. Customer Service: Providing excellent service to clients and stakeholders. Time Management: Managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and finding solutions.
